Registration will be located on
the 2nd floor of the Burton Public Library from 5:30-8pm. Please see the table below for exact signup dates for each sport season. There is only one in-person registration day for each season however forms may be downloaded and mailed in.

 

You can download the registration form and mail it in with payment if preferred.
Registration and payment must be received before the sport signup deadline in the table listed below.

Payment in full is due at time of registration.
$25 cash fee will be charged for all checks returned to us by the bank.
Refunds are available for sports rendering adequate reasoning.
